What Happens During the Visit
We walk every room that's part of the project, take exact measurements, and check the subfloor - is it level, is there old adhesive or squeaking to deal with, does an existing floor need to be torn out first. If you're comparing hardwood, LVP, or laminate, we'll tell you straight which one suits your subfloor, your rooms, and how your household lives - then you buy the material you like best and we install it.
Getting Your Written Quote
You'll get one complete, itemized number that covers labor and any prep work like removal or subfloor leveling - not a low starting figure that grows once the crew shows up. If tear-out of an old floor is part of the job, that's scoped and priced up front too, so there's nothing to renegotiate on install day.
How to Prepare for Your Visit
